Anne-Lise is Senior Manager – Youth Marketing at Chelsea Football Club, where she has created the club’s first global youth marketing strategy to engage further with young fans across priority markets.

David Symington, Ticketmaster

David is Content and Campaigns Manager at Ticketmaster, where he oversees all international marketing campaigns and digital channels, spearheading their content strategy.

Laurina Kennedy, Skinnydip

Laurina is the Digital Marketing Manager for lifestyle accessory brand, Skinnydip London. Previously, she ran her own award-winning blog, partnering with brands such as ASOS, Warehouse and Ikea.

Tom Green, Teenage Cancer Trust

Tom is the Young People’s Lead at Teenage Cancer Trust, ensuring that young people are at the centre of everything they do. The charity provides expert treatment and support to teenage cancer patients.

Rob Scotland, Bold Scandinavia

Rob is Strategic Director at Bold Scandinavia and a YMS favourite, known for his passionate, engaging keynotes. He has worked with brands including McDonald’s, Nike, Samsung and PANDORA.
